Mobility and Innovation: Switzerland in Times of International Challenges
This year the participants of the Congress of the Swiss Abroad, that will take place in the congress center Palais de Beaulieu in Lausanne, need to face up to two major challenges – international mobility and the globalisation of knowledge, as knowledge represents a major growth factor for our nation. In addition to economic issues, the Congress will also look at streamlining and the use of synergies.
We invite you to register and take the opportunity to discuss the subjet with other Swiss Abroad form all over the world. At the congress in Lausanne, you will have the opportunity to meet Elmar Mock, inventor of the “Swatch” and Kurt Wüthrich, Nobel Prize winner for chemistry. Also present will be the Federal Councillor Didier Burkhalter, Head of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA).
