In 2016, the Organisation of the Swiss Abroad is celebrating its centenary and 100 years of working on behalf of the Swiss Abroad. The anniversary year takes the title of 'Switzerland – part of the world'.

The Swiss Post Office is joining in the OSA's centenary celebrations by issuing a special stamp. After a competition organised by the Swiss Post Office, it is Tom Künzli who was given the tricky task of representing the diversity of the Swiss Abroad on a few square centimetres.

Over a two-week period, 100 young Swiss Abroad – divided into four groups – will set off from the four corners of our nation to discover Switzerland. They will report on their adventures on the Swissinfo website and in the SSR-SRG media outlets.

Who is the OSA?

The Organisation of the Swiss Abroad (OSA) represents Swiss expatriates' interests in Switzerland. It informs Swiss living abroad about what is happening in Switzerland and provides them with a wide selection of services.
